Leave Wednesday, Sept 16 for a return of Sept 28. We are touring Arches, Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. We’re touring Antelope Canyon and seeing Mexican Hat, Monument Valley and Four Corners with many stops in between.

Meet at the Love’s in Comfort at I10/US87 at 9 am for an immediate departure. Meet up with Paul and Judy in Junction and head up North on US 83 toward Lubbock for our first night.

All cabins and rooms have been booked, so if you are joining our fair band of travelers, you’ll be on your own to make your reservations in some of the remote locations we’re staying. You’ll need to coordinate with Craig or Lisa to get the itinerary.

Got a small project you want to do but don't have the means, like...a lift. We will be wrenching and helping other Bluebonnet Miata club members on all kind of small projects. A professional pin stripper and a professional dent lifter will be there.

Address: 3050 Spring Branch Rd, Spring Branch, TX 78070.
Enter in the north gate and drive in about 1/4 mile. Look for a hangar building with Miatas parked outside.

Please bring either a side dish or a dessert to go with burgers and hot dogs!!

The Lone Star Miata Club of Dallas/Fort Worth cordially invites you to the 2026 TEXAS MIATA ROUNDUP! We begin with a Track Day on Thursday, October 8, 2026, with the Roundup from Friday, October 9 to Sunday, October 11, 2026 and our Headquarters hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn, in Granbury, Texas, just down the road apiece southwest of Fort Worth!

Event Schedule & Highlights

Thursday, October 8: Opening Track Day events and a track lunch, followed by an afternoon parade.
Friday, October 9 – Saturday, October 10: Casual and spirited half-day or full-day group drives through north-central Texas, featuring stops at scenic winding roads, local wineries, distilleries, and museums.
Saturday Evening: Closing banquet with a "Denim and Diamonds" theme.
Sunday, October 11: Farewell morning wrap-up.

To all fellow Zoomers,

It's time for our annual run to The Three Twisted Sisters!!

Let's meet at the QT on Hwy 16 at Scenic Loop Road (14826 Bandera Road) at 9 am and leave at 9:30.

This will be a tail light run going through Bandera, having a pit stop at the Medina Apple Store, and then jumping on RR 337 to start our Sisters journey into Leakey. We'll stop at the Bent Rim Grill for lunch, and then make our way over to Camp Wood and through Barksdale to catch RR 335 north to Hwy 41. A short drive on 41 takes us to RR 336 back to Leakey for a pit stop and fill up at the Stripes at 844 US-83, Leakey, TX, and then we're homeward bound!

If you think you MIGHT want to go, make a reservation. You can always cancel, but as time goes on, you won’t be able to get a room. We got a rate, but they can’t hold the rooms, because it’s high season, cooler weather.

CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY WITH THE NUMBERS LISTED. Do not use their web site. Those will show no availability. Both hotels have contracts for military lodging. There are only 75 rooms in the city limits, and we have first option on 28 of them.

Show time is 8:00 A.M. Go time is 8:15 A.M. We should be back to Grumpy's for a great breakfast by 10:30 A.M.

For any new folks, this is one of our community service projects. We pick up trash along a two mile section of FM1863 as part of the Texas Adopt-A-Highway program. We have this organized very well and we can have the whole section picked up in 90 minutes. You need to bring comfortable shoes, and long pants as you will walk a one mile section of roadside with a small group. We provide disposable gloves, but you can bring your own. I will also provide safety vests and water.

Come join Ed and Helenan Polansky for the Blanco to Blanco Fall Run. We will traverse a number of “Miata Roads” West and North of Blanco, TX. We’ve requested good top-down weather, so it should be a pleasant Hill Country scamper.

Run begins and ends in Blanco, TX. Meet at the Exxon Stripes Station going into Blanco at 9:00 am. We will depart around 9:30 am. Run ends back in Blanco at the Old 300 BBQ across from the Court House.
