Beloved Gallery  and Lunch at Bluebonnet Cafe in Marble Falls

Dear Ladies, I am looking forward to our tour of the Beloved Gallery and lunch afterwards at the Bluebonnet Café (if you love pies, you’ll love this restaurant). Please let me know as soon as possible, by replying to this email, if you plan to join us. The gallery has reserved 15 spaces for our group. If we have less than 15 sign ups, I will release the remaining spaces the morning before our trip.

Once you let me know you will be attending, go ahead and register. There is no cost as the gallery operates on donations and they can be given online or at the gallery. Below are the registration steps to sign up online at the Beloved Gallery registration page -  https://belovedgallery.org/

1.     Click on Make a Reservation

2.     Accept or Decline Cookies

3.     Click on Select Tickets

4.     Click  Friday, June 12, 2026, on the calendar

5.     Click the green button for the 11 a.m. tour

6.     Enter the following access code in all lowercase letters: private

7.     Enter the requested information (your name, phone number, email, city, state, zip code, country code, etc.) you will also need to check “opt-in” to receive confirmation of your reservation, then opt in or out for marketing messages, and check that you understand their clear bag policy.  But, there’s more! It will take you through another page called Event and Attendee Details where you will repeat much of the same information. At the end of that remember to check the box I am human, then click to complete. Your order number should show up immediately and they will send you an email confirmation.

ABOUT THE TOUR: Lasts 1 hour and ours starts promptly at 11:00 am so we must arrive no later than 10:45 am to check in. Seating is available, if needed, throughout the tour. NO purses or bags of any kind are allowed except clear bags (zip lock bags or a clear makeup bag will do). Phones must be turned OFF when the tour starts.

BLUEBONNET CAFÉ LUNCH: We will head directly over to the Bluebonnet immediately after the tour. It is right across the road and there is plenty of parking. I will have requested a table for our group and they will try their best to seat us together.

DRIVING INFO:  We are not planning a run, but will send info regarding the trip in a couple of days. It is about 1.5 hours from north San Antonio to the gallery so most of you will need to leave between 9:00 and 9:15 am in order to arrive and get parked at the gallery by 10:45 am. Some ladies may want to carpool. You choose which vehicle you want to drive.

Hope you will join us. This is an amazing gallery filled with many beautiful paintings done by Akiane who started painting at an early age. You won’t want to miss seeing the masterpiece she created at age 8 and the amazing, inspirational, heart-warming story surrounding it.
